Down Memory Lane

Amateur ICA photographers with their brownie box camera and other models have recorded many events of note and fun in the organisation down through the years. Some of this work may be hidden in boxes or drawers, in attics or under the bed! Start searching as there will be a display of old photographs at the Nollag na mBan lunch on January 6 in Woodlands. Each guild is invited to participate. Please bring along a sample of your guild’s photographs mounted on a stiff background (not greater than 2ft sq) ready for display.

Contest Finals Weekend 2010

Among those honing their skills once the Turkey and Plum Pudding is worked off are the Cappamore Quiz team who will represent Limerick federation at the National Contest Finals in Mid March . Joining them at An Grianán will be Imelda O’Grady from Caherdavin modelling her own creation and Helen Lane who will participate in the Gempack sponsored cookery contest. Helen’s recipe was the Federation winner and all await sampling her final dish.
