LIMERICK WEEK JULY 11-15
Helen Lane of Murroe/Boher Guild is delighted to lead a big group of Limerick ladies who are on their way to An Grianán for what is officially known as Limerick week. Some travel every year and for others it is their first visit and all are assured of a great week.
The classes for the week are as follows:
Yogla- Gentle exercises incorporating a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates.
Digital Photography- Learn to handle your camera with confidence, take better pictures and transfer them to your computer.
Historic Homes- History comes to life while visiting many old homes in Louth and Meath.
Time for Yourself- Aromatherapy, the essential oils, massage techniques and beauty care.
Flower Arranging- Learn to create flower and foliage designs for the home or that special occasion.
Calligraphy- Elegant and decorative script writing for that special message.
We wish them well and hope the sun shines on Termonfechin.
CELEBRITY BOOT CAMP
The good news is that Bootcamp is back. This time well known celebrities are going through their paces with the ICA ladies . The TV programmes are in the making and we look forward to seeing them in August.
KNOW YOUR KNEIGHBOUR
Six years ago Macra Na Feirme came up with the idea of holding Know Your Neighbour Weekend. The idea is to hold an event where you can meet and get to know your neighbours. This year events will be held all around the country on July 9-10 so we ask you all to go out and support them .If there is no Macra Group in your area just do something to get together anyway.

SEWING MACHINES
If there is a sewing machine in your house then it is time to get it out and dust it down and bring it along to Ballingarry Sewing Workshop on Wednesday July 13. The class runs from 10am-1pm and you will have an opportunity to learn about basic care of your sewing machine and lots more.
PITCH AND PUTT
Pitch and Putt continues in Adare every Tuesday night at 7pm. If you need lessons there is a coach available. Contact Kathleen Griffin Sports and Leisure Officer. 087 2172225 or061394241. Kathleen also advise you to get out walking during the summer months . There are lots of new walking groups starting up so why not join one of them.
ART AND CRAFT EXHIBITION
The exhibition entitled ‘Le Chéile 1 will be officially opened in Newcastlewest Library on Tuesday July 19 at 3pm. Entries will be accepted between 11am and 1pm on Monday July 18.
