Limerick Federation will hold its Spring Federation gathering on Wednesday February 16,commencing at 8pm in Woodlands Hotel, Adare.Lots of competition results, holiday arrangements etc on the night. All members welcome.

News From the Guilds
Ballingarry February meeting was a wonderful success. Theresa Storey-Cosgrave of ‘The Green Apron’ artisan Preserve Company gave a most interesting talk and demonstration of how to make quick and simple yeast breads. All the delights, both savoury and sweet, fresh from the oven, were sampled. a real taste sensation.
West Limerick Resources will be starting an exciting training programme this Spring in Ballingarry, called OUT OF THE BOX. It covers topics from life skills to craft skills to sustainable living through organic gardening. Caherdavin members extend their condolences to their former colleague and past Federation Secretary Catherine Murphy on the death of her husband Jim whose funeral took place, following Requiem Mass in Christ the King Church Caherdavin, on Wednesday February 2 2011 to his native Tipperary.
